Il est utilis\u00e9 par 10 % des recruteurs. Les r\u00e9sultats sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral comment\u00e9s par le recruteur, ce qui laisse au candidat l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9agir, notamment en apportant des exemples concrets.<br><strong>SOSIE :<\/strong> ce questionnaire est un outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le recrutement et la mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle. Son inventaire de personnalit\u00e9 \u00e9value conjointement le comportement et la motivation du candidat. Cette double approche permet au recruteur d\u2019identifier les \u00e9ventuels d\u00e9calages entre les caract\u00e9ristiques du poste ou de l\u2019environnement professionnel et les potentialit\u00e9s et motivations du candidat.<br><strong>MBTI : <\/strong>questionnaire de personnalit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s complet venu des Etats-Unis.
