fonctionnement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le positionnement et l\u2019adaptation du manager aux enjeux \u201ctransg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels\u201d :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"traitb\">\n<li>Outils de communication, de management, de motivation, de valorisation, de transmission, de tutorat.<\/li>\n<li>Anticipation et gestion des conflits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accompagner l\u2019\u00e9volution et
